How do I purchase an artwork?
To acquire a piece, please submit an inquiry form directly on the artwork's detail page, or use the contact form on our Contact page. We will verify availability and respond with a formal quotation including shipping options within 48 hours. Artworks cannot be purchased directly through automated checkout to ensure personal coordination for packaging and delivery.
How are shipping charges calculated?
Shipping and export fees are calculated individually based on the package dimensions, total weight, fragility, and the destination country. Quotations will contain multiple carrier options (e.g. DHL, FedEx) for your selection.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, Shweta Studio coordinates worldwide shipping. We regularly arrange international transit for private collectors in the United States, Europe, and other regions, adhering to strict export requirements and packaging standards.
What happens if customs charges apply?
International shipments may be subject to import duties, customs fees, and local taxes upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are established by local authorities and are the sole responsibility of the buyer. We provide detailed invoice documentation to assist with customs clearance.
Can I commission a custom artwork?

Are sculptures one-of-a-kind?
All terracotta and clay sculptures are completely hand-built and one-of-a-kind. No molds are used in the primary sculpting phase. Each sculpture represents a unique study in texture and form, signed by the artist.
Can paintings or drawings be recreated?
While original paintings and drawings are unique, collectors may commission a new piece inspired by a sold artwork. The artist will create a new composition in a similar style, preserving the unique gesture and spirit without duplicating the original exactly.
How long does packaging and handling take?
Packaging takes between 3 to 7 business days depending on the fragility and size of the artwork. Fragile terracotta sculptures require custom foam boxing or wooden crating to guarantee safety during domestic or international transit.
Can I reserve an artwork?
Yes. Artworks can be reserved for a period of up to 14 days upon request while acquisition and shipping details are finalized. During this time, the status of the artwork will be marked as "Reserved" on the digital catalog.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept international bank wire transfers, secure online invoicing, and major credit cards. Complete payment instructions will be provided in the formal acquisition quotation.
